Rep. Martin welcomes Andrew Nyquist to Capitol for State of the State

Rep. David W. Martin today welcomed Grand Blanc City Councilman Andrew Nyquist to the House Floor for the governor’s annual State of the State address. Nyquist was first elected to the City Council in 2021 and currently serves on both the Public Works and Legal and Legislative Committees. He is also a Lieutenant in the Grand Blanc City Fire Department and has served there since 2019. Nyquist is a veteran of the United States Coast Guard, works in the cybersecurity industry, and is a member of the Genesee County Soldiers Relief Commission. He has lived in the City of Grand Blanc for 14 years with his wife Julie and two sons.
